Administrator guide

RoomPolicy is designed for Google Workspace administrators. Before connecting, make sure the administrator account can view the resource calendars you want to monitor.

1. Install RoomPolicy for the domain from Google Workspace Marketplace.
2. Open the app and connect a verified account from the same domain.
3. Review discovered calendars and rules in Observe and Warn mode.
4. To remove the integration, use “Disconnect Google and delete data” in Settings.

RoomPolicy uses only calendar.readonly to read minimum booking metadata.
