RoomPolicy provides resource-calendar governance exclusively in Observe and Warn mode. It does not create, change, or delete Google Calendar events.
The customer controls its Google Workspace configuration, policies and authorized users. Metrics represent booked time, not physical occupancy.
The service may depend on Google APIs, quota limits and permissions granted by the customer.
