Methodology
Calendar bookings measure reserved time, not physical occupancy. Utilization is calculated from booked opaque minutes within each resource's available policy window.

Connect a production OAuth client and restrict scopes before enabling sync.

Data and privacy
RoomPolicy stores booking metadata only by default. Event titles and descriptions are not retained.
